A broad coalition of Millbrae’s District 2 concerned citizens and families have come together to keep our community safe. We are uniﬁed in our belief that recalling Millbrae District 2’s councilmember Angelina Cahalan is not only necessary, but critical to keeping our community safe and restoring public safety in our neighborhoods.

Councilmember Cahalan is failing us in her responsibilities to protect the fiscal budget and long-term stability of our beloved city.

We know that recalling a public ofﬁcial is a long and arduous process necessitating a large and sustained grassroots effort, however, we are resolved to remove Cahalan from ofﬁce, because our safety and that of our families is at stake.

Please read the following instructions carefully, before you start filling out the petition form.

A fully completed form should include the followings:

- Signature(s) – start with signature box #1, fill out the information for the registered voter as instructed. Each registered voter can use a separate subsequent signature box.

- Completed Declaration section on page 2 – fill out the appropriate information, then sign and date as a Circulators.
